We can observe that half life period for decomposition of PH3 is same for different initial pressures.
 
So, let us consider Pi be the initial pressure and k be the reaction constant.
 
We know that,
Half life period of zero order reaction = Pi/(2k)
Half life period of first order reaction = (ln2)/k
 
\implies We can see that half life period for the first order rection is constant for the same value of reaction constant and the value of reaction constant will be same for the decomposition of same compound at different initial pressure.
 
\implies Decomposition of PH3 is first order reaction.
