Compressibility factor for a given gas at high pressure means that the term (P+an^2/v) in the real gas equation now is only P. But the other term, V-nb remains the same because the volume of a gas molecules at high pressure become comparable to the size of the container. Z being nRT/(P)(V-nb), we get, z= 1+PB/rt
