Shouldn't the pH at the equivalence point always be 7?

At equivalence point we have a salt solution. As you must know not all the salt solutions have pH 7. It depends on the nature of solt formed. We know there are thre are acidic and basic salts also which do not have pH euqal to 7 but somthing else which is very near so 7.
olutions of acidic salts are slightly less than 7 while those of basic salts are slightly higher than 7.
