        Insulin is a polypeptide hormone how come is it a polymer of Fructose as Sir Pankaj singh mentions in his lecture ?   It must be Inulin , please clear my confusion !!

							It is true because you itself says that insulin is a polypeptide. It does not a independently exist substance. Because in polypeptide two carbohydrates are linked by peptide linkage which involves the fructose.
