@ maradana adiabatic system is a system in which no heat will be sent in or out , so, as an real life example u can take the example of thermoflask , of hotpot , in which the stored material will be remain cool or hot for longer time . u can also take the example of dewar flask . isolated system doesnot exchange matter with its surrounding , for example – if a soup is poured into an insulated container and closed , there is no exchange of heat and matter .
