you require a N/10 solution i.e.0.1 Normal solution . 
Normality= Molarity×Basicity
As basicity of H2SO4 is 2, so
1 Molar soluation of H2SO4 is equal 2 N solution 

molecular weight of H2SO4= 98 gms
for 1 M solution you would require 98 gms = 2 N solution 
1 N solution of 1 litre would require 98/2 = 49 gms 
for a 0.1 N solution = 4.9 gms
