in chemisorption , the main thing is in chemisorption the bond will be formed by the strong chemical forces but in physisorption the bond will be formed by the van der walls forces . 
so, chemisorption are highly directional and strong . and also , 
adsorption occurs in high temp . and pressure , so, this property will gng to supports the strong chemical bond and that makes the chemisorption highly specific in nature .
