a mixture of zncl2 and Pbcl2 can be separated by crystallization.
 
Hence option C is correct.

Dear student 
It can be separated by crystallisation , i would like to add 
Zn gets oxidised bcoz it's oxidation state changes from 0 to +2.. that is it loses electron... and Pb changes from+2 to 0.. so Pb is reduced.
