H2SO4 + NaOH → H2O + Na2SO4
200 mL 0.1 M H2SO4 solution = 0.02 mole H2SO4
500 mL 0.1 M NaOH solution = 0.05 mole NaOH
From the equation 1 mole H2SO4 reacts with 1 mole NaOH
So, 0.02 mole H2SO4 will react only with 0.02 mole NaOH and 0.03 mole NaOH will left unreacted.
0.03 mole in 500 ml = 0.06 molar solution
Mass of solvent = 500 ml x 1.4 = 700 g = 0.7 kg
Molality = 0.03/0.7 = 0.0428
