for the reaction A + 2B -> C + D if active mass of A is kept constant and active mass of B is tripled, then what will be the rate of reaction?????

normally

rate = K(A)*(B)2 , so when when B is tripled put in the expression you will get the new rate to be 9 times then that of intial rate.
