Use the concept of equivalents...

equivalent weight=molecular weight/ n factor

moles=mass/molecular mass

.136 equivalent N2H+ = .136 equivalent dichromate
                                          =.136/6 mole dichromate
                                           =.0227 mole dichromate
    So answer is .0227 mole
