dear monali

delta H is equal to energy of reactants-energy of products.

In an exothermic reaction delta H is -ve.

when energy in the form of heat is supplied the energy of the products increases,

this implies the value of delta H becomes more and more -ve.

this is the simpleconclusion.

For an Exothermic reaction the reaction becomes slow on rising the temperature.Now delta H for an exothermic reaction is positive..so on rising temp..enthalpy will increase..
