i am confused on whether to consider primary amine as a base and water as a lewis acid or take abnormality due to  h bonding into consideration..

 

in case of consideration of acid base reacn being considered delta t b would be 8 degress because the particles would be doubled because of the production of  RNH3+ AND  OH- . WHILE IF H BONDING IS CONSIDERED DELTA TB WOULD BE 2 DEGREES.
