100 ml of 20N H2SO4 so the concentration of H+ ion is 20 N.
total moles of H+ in solution will be 20*100 mili mol or 2 mol.

Now 40 ml of 2M NaOH so Concentration of OH+ ions will be 2M and total no of moles of OH- will be 2*80 mili mol =.160 mol 
Thus now after reaction .16 mol of OH- will be consumed with H+ ions and there will be net H+ ions, thus the resultant solution willl be Acidic
