The NCERT books are more than enough for the Boards exam. I don't think you will be needing anything else besides them except for the chapterwise previous years question papers. 
As for JEE Advanced paper I would say go for the coaching notes and use other books (like Organic Chemistry by Clayden, Greeves and Warren) will be far better than Cengage. Personally I am not a big fan of the book. You can also solve MS Chauhan and/or Himanshu Pandey for practising the questions related to Oraganic Chemistry

NCERT Textbooks.
Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma (Highly Recommended)
Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker.
Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov.
IIT Physics by D.C. Pandey.
Problems in Physics by S.S. Krotov.
