Hai frnd ,
Fehling’s solution ,deep blue , alkaline solution used to test for the presence of (HCHO) or other compound’s that contain the aildihide functional group (CHO) simple sugars ex:glucouse gives a positive test.
The schiff’s test is an early organic chemistry name reaction developed by Hugo. reaserch group’s reporting multiple reaction produts with model compounds.in equilibrium with the produt give rise to magenta colour of a positive test.
The idium test is there an aldihide that would give a positive ido form test.
