SO2 hybridization is sp2
SO3 hybridization is sp2
 
Reason: See the structure. In SO2, S has double bond with two oxygen atoms and single lone pair. So hybridization is equal to 2+1.
In case if SO3 S has double bond with three oxygen atoms. So hybridization is equal to 3
