good question .genrally for IUPAC naming of ethers the longest chain on one side oxygen is taken main chain and other as substituent.and general IUPAC name for ether is alkoxy alkane.here alkoxy means substituent along with oxygen alkane the manin chain.
                 as we come for the common names it is named as alkyl ether if they are more than one they are arranged in the alphabetical order and if you have same compounds you can use di before alkyl
         and di-tert butyl etherdi-isopropyl ether
