the no. of moles of the sample is n=(no.of molecules in sample)/Na. Na is avogadro number. so n=0.001. At stp, P=1 atm , T=273K. Now substitute all these values in PV=nRT (ideal gas eqn) and R=0.082. You will get V=0.022L.
