everythging is imp as per the state board books , but still some points are there which needs your special attention as we cannot predict the mood of examinet at any point of time . 
I AM ENLISTING TAHT BELOW 
1- hybridisation , finding the shape of molecules 
2- schordinger equation and filling of electrons in diff orbitals 
3- MOT and its significance 
4- all the trends ( atomic radii , i.e , electron gain enthalpy ) and its variation , along the table . 
5- all the gas laws and its graph , 
just study this much and u will get good marks .
