Dear mate,
 
you just have to break the double bond and attach a “double bond O” to it.
 
 
after doing so , if you write it in an expanded form you will get 
H-CO-CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-CH(CH3)-CO-CH2-CH3 , which is asked in the question. 
 
Note { here CO = C double bond O }
