Hiii 
Dehydration of prop-1-ol gives prop -1-ene
Dehydration of prop-2-ol gives prop-1-ene
Dehydraton of 2 -methylpropane -1 -ol gives 2- methyl prop-1 -ene
Dehydraton of 2 -methylpropane -2 -ol gives 2- methyl prop-1 -ene

Rate of dehydration depends on the stabilty of the carbocation after losing of -OH group in the frst and third optins after osing the oh group we get benzyl carbocation which is stabilized by resonance effect
but in the thrd option the carbocation is alsotertary thus it is more stble than the first one hus we can conclude rate of dehydration s greater in third option
