strong acid is that which can easily donate a proton, while strong base is that which can easily except ptoton. A proton will be easily excepted by that molecule which have more -ve charge. In the comparision of NaOH, 
NaNH2 molecule have a lone pair of electron, due which it except proton more easily. Hence it is more basic than NaOH.
