Generally keto form is stable (Carbonyl group has high bond energy).... but enol sometimes becomes favored - this is because of conjugation, H-bonding, or other factors.... Following compounds have greater enol percentage: Phenol>Beta-diketone with Ph-group at Beta-position>Beta-diketone (All above 50 %). You can check out any standard organic book for this.... Ex, Paula Bruice, Clayden-Warren-Greeves, Solomon Fryhle, Morisson-Boyd, Francis Carey, etc.
