i too encountered this question in my test and i wrote it as four but it is six. first grignard reagent reacts with 2 acid halides to consume 2 mols. Then it again reacts with ketones to consume another 2 mols. Then it reacts with thoil and hydroxyl to consume 2 more mols which will give 2 mols of methane too.Hence 6 mols
