it depend upon the ques , some ques might take 5 min or even 10 min if u have to understand the reaction mechanism , 
but in some ques tricks are there in which u can solve it by 1-2 min . like that of the isomerism and tautamerism . 
so, there are a book avaliable in market as capsule courses in organic chemistry by mtg publication , so, u can take that . 
else tell me the ques , i will tell you the trick used their .
