in cyclopropyl methyl carbocation the sigma electron cloud expand outwardly due to angle strain , therefore , the valence electron cloud of ch2 + is surrounded by or enveloped by the expand electron cloud making carbocation stable .

It has 3 methyl electron donating group which donate electrons and increase electron density on charge bearing carbon atom due to which sigma electrons cloud are expended outward due to angle strain and spreading over carbon valence electrons .reactivity of ring increase .then it become more stable
