SUPPOSE YOU TAKE ANY TWO MOLECULES THOSE MUST ME ELECTRONEGATIVITY DIFFERENC THEN THOSE MOLECULES FORMS POLAR BOND.THANK YOU.

When due to electronegativity difference the bonds acquire some polarity then we get polar bonds.
the difference in charge density can occur due to various reasons e.g. induction , proximity ,complete transfer, sharing etc..
