Aniline is more reactive towards electrophilic substitution rxns. than nitrobenzene. Why?

Nitrobenzene is considerably less reactive than towards electrophilic substitution because of the electron-withdrawing nature of the -NO2 group.In aniline electron donating substituent activate the benzene ring toward electrophilic attack.
