This molecule cannot exist, because for some atoms, the number of bonds does not agree with their standard properties.

Hi Mrinal,

 

If the number of H atoms are changed, so that the compund can exist.

The IUPAC name would be

2-methyl 3-carboxylic 1,5-pentandioc acid.
