De Broglie wavelength is

λ=h/mv

so for ratio of De broglie wavelength for an electron and proton having same velocity

λe/λp=h/mev÷h/mpv

λe/λp=h/(me)v×(mp)v/h

λe/λp=mp/me

λe/λp=1837
