a fast moving train can create a low pressure around its close vicinity. because if velocity head increases pressure head must decrease.

According to Bernoulli`s Principle faster moving fluids have lower pressures. This creates a pressure differential between the air on the platform and the air next to the train, which would suck any light objects on the platform towards
