to make it complex lets think of CONSTRAINT MOTION 
now if you are scared enough  just think of easier method
what strikes us now is LETS STOP C  or in other word talk everything relative to C
now its sipmle two blocks A and B connected with a thread (which is inextensible) and by commonsense now velocity of block A relative to C will be equal to velocity of B relative to C
that is v1-v(knot)=v2
that is optionA

Since in neither frame the string should break, the speed of blocks A and B along the string must be same in all frames.
Thus in the frame of block C, the speeds of blocks A and B along the string must be same.
Thus 
v1 – v2 = v0
