Hi Manoj,
As i'm writing try making diagram side by side.
Mark lower left pully as x1
Middle pully by x2
A by x3
and block B by x4
Now
because string lengths are constant we will have the following equation.
$\\(x1)+(x1-x2)+(x3-x2)=c1 \\x4+x2=c2$
differentiating we get
$\\\\ 2v1-2v2+v3=0 \\v4+v2=0 \\=>2v1+2v4+v3=0 \\=since\,v4=v1 \\=>v3=4v1=4v$
