In this problem actually not only the superdense material is accelarating but earth is too accelarating because the force is enough to accelerate it.
First of all calculate the net force accting on them=GM(2M)/(R+H)2
AS H
so F=GM(2M)/(R)2
Acceleration of the superdense material is F/2M=g(=9.8m/s2)
Acceleration of the earth is F/m=2g
RELATIVE ACCELERATION OF SUPERDENSE MATERIAL IS 2g+g=3g
hence using H=1/2a t2
WHERE a=3g
