Loss in potential energy= Gain in kinetic energy
\implies \dfrac{1}{2}(k_1+k_2)x^2-\dfrac{1}{2}(k_1+k_2)(\dfrac{x}{4})^2=\dfrac{1}{2}mv^2
\implies v=\sqrt{\dfrac{15(k_1+k_2)}{16m}}x
