max FRICTION on system=22 N which is greater then applied force,hence there will be no net accleration.
tension on 2kg block=T1
tension on 4kg block=T2
tension on 6kg block=T3
FROM FBD OF 2 KG BLOCK
20 – 4 –  T1 =0
T1 = 16
FROM FBD OF 4 KG BLOCK
T2 – T1 + 8 = 0
T2 = 8
