Bro actually it is very difficult to explain it without diagram and I does not know how to add a  diagram here as i am having no option for it.
But i will try my best to explain it to you.
Let A be the angle of inclination of inclined plane!
Then,
Always remember, the component of g along the surface of inclined plane(no matter incined plane is inclined to left or right)  is g sinA.
And then the other component you can easily specify as gcosA.

As i already say it difficult without a diagram so to help you i am telling see it on quora.com under the heading of Can you explain the components of force on a block kept on an inclined plane with a diagram?

Here in the website they have shown how to take components of mg but do not fear, mass is scalar so taking components of g and mg is same thing!

I will be pleased if you will approve my answer!
Hope my explanation helps you!

If u have problem in resolving gravity tilt the frame of reference to the angle of incline and resolve gravity to minus of that angle and get used to it as i am doing hope its usefull.
