For the stage 1 of NTSE the mandatory books are your state board and Ncert books. It is very important that you must be clear with the fundamentals. If you feel you are strong in the basic concepts then you can refer the following :
MAT- Quantitative aptitude by R. S. Aggarwal.
SAT- Tata Mcgraw Hill and arihant. 
Also do not forget to practice a lot and improve your speed.
