C here you should consider the friction force as an external force in addition to the tension which has only where it has contact with the block that means that particular group in first case the 4 kg block in the morning download with an acceleration and then we can consider the uploaded force is t + 10 since friction act opposite to the direction of motion of the rope then we get that on 2nd Block tension t only act the writing equation of motion we easily get that acceleration
of these two blocks will be 5 by 3 then thereafter we can simply find the tension to be
70÷3. and if we interchange the block friction acts downwards then again we can find acceleration of blocks.
