A simple pendulum consists of a light string from which is spherical ball of mass M is suspended the distance between the point of Suspension and centre of a what is l the what is given a tangential velocity at equilibrium position that is at the lowest point what we can be the maximum value of velocity V so that the pendulum oscillates without string becomes slack?

maximum velocity means the string becomes horiontal
therefore maximum velocity is 2gh^1/2 so that the ball osillates without slak
