Use
S = ut + 1/2 f t²
1.5 = 0 * t + 1/2 a (4)²

S = ut + 1/2 at^2
3/2 = 0+ 1/2 a 4^2
a = 3/8 m/s^2
a=r alpha
alpha =a/r =(3/8)/1.5 = 5/4 rad s-^2
I = mr^2 =  0.5 * (0.3/2)^2
