Time period of this oscillation would be the time in which it returns to its original state. Since collision is elastic, it does not lose energy and rises to same height.
Time to drop from topmost point to bottom is\sqrt{\dfrac{2H}{g}}
Hence time period is twice of this time and frequency is the reciprocal of the time period.
