my expected rank in jee advanced in 3200..what is the better option to join in new iits with decent branch(cse or ece) or old iits with unpreffered branch???

Hi,
See you won't get a good branch in old IITs and if you join something that you don't like it can be difficult to pass 4 years with that so join new IITs.
