According to your rank, the best options preference order for you should be:
IIT D (CSE Dual) > IIT K (CSE B Tech) > IIT D (EE) > IIT Kharagpur (CSE B Tech) > IIT K (EE) > IIT Khargpur (EE)
You would definitely get one of the above.
