I'm expcting around 238 in JEE 2011.. can I get IIT mandi.Indore or ropar?if you dont mind pls give a personal response rather than directing me towards a link of expected ranks...

Keeping the repetitive stuff about ranks from numerous websites aside, I  personally feel that you would be able to get  a rank of about 4500 as the cutoff this time would be around 200-205.

Yes, you will be able to make it to IIT Mandi or Ropar.
