150 in advance gen cat.
Can i get ANY lower branch in iit-d or should i drop.
Branch doesnt make a diff for me as ill work hard to upgrade that.

No you can't get any branch at iit delhi. with 150 maks you can't get good in iits so you should go for drop if you have no other options as bits, nits etc.
