Please tell why induced electric field form closed loop.

that means the e.f that is induced by a charged object to a uncharged object . 
suppose u have a uncharged conducter and u bring an charged conducter near to it , then a opp charge is developed in the uncharged conducter . 
that is what we called as induced electric field . 
in induced e.f there will be two types of charge existing . 
e.f are drawn from +ve to -ve charge . u knws that . 
hence , due to both charge existing they form closed loops .
