The magnetic force on AB and EF will be zero as the direction of magnetic field and direction of current are opposite and in same direction on the both of the wires respectively.

Magnetic force on BC and DE cancel out each other as magnetic field generated on both of them are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction that’s along +x and –x direction respectively.

So the net force on the wire will only because of CD part and that will be BIl and according to the right hand rule the direction of force will be along -z direction.

So the answer is option #2.
