Why sp3 -sp3 overlap provides strongest bond? Plz explain I got confused becoz sigma bond is strong no. So s-s should provide strong bond no???

Sp3 has high quantity of p character and we know that p orbital is directional and hence it would more overlap than s orbital.. SO it`s bond strength is more than ss bond
